Frequently asked
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
No. A buffet breakfast (08:00–11:00) is offered as an optional add-on at booking, charged per person. The booking engine lets you add it when you reserve.
Is the Greek tourist tax (φόρος διαμονής) included?
No. The statutory accommodation tax is billed separately at check-in, per Greek law. It is not included in the room rate.
How far is Velouchi ski centre from the hotel?
12 km — about 25 minutes by car. The lifts run from early December to late March.
How far is Karpenisi town centre?
8 km northeast — about 12 minutes by car. KTEL bus from Athens stops in Karpenisi; we are happy to arrange a taxi to Voutyro.
Are pets allowed?
No. Unfortunately the property is not pet-friendly.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Reception is staffed 08:00–22:00; arrivals after 22:00 by prior arrangement.
Is there free parking and EV charging?
Yes. Free outdoor parking on site, plus free EV charging for hotel guests. Fully electric vehicles have priority over plug-in hybrids.
